HARMAN is hiring Associate Engineer – AI/ML with Python for fresh graduates and early-career professionals passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and software development. In this role, you'll work on Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud-native applications, and modern backend technologies while collaborating with experienced engineering teams.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience or strong academic/project exposure.
- Good programming skills in Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Agentic AI workflows using LLMs.
- Develop AI-powered backend applications.
- Build REST APIs using Python frameworks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop Machine Learning models and preprocess datasets.
- Build secure cloud-native applications and microservices.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Skills Required
- Python Programming: Strong understanding of Python for developing AI/ML applications, writing efficient code, and automating tasks.
