Salesforce is hiring Associate Technical Consultants through its Futureforce University Recruiting program. The role involves developing Salesforce solutions for customers and includes working with Salesforce products and APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.
The role also includes technical delivery, custom development, data migration, debugging, source-code and version management, deployment standards, and collaboration with Salesforce product teams and global teams.

- Eligible to graduate in 2026 with a B.E./B.Tech degree.
- Eligible branches include Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Must have a 7 CGPA and above.
- Must have no backlog.
- Must have 0 – 12 months of work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical delivery of standard configurations and custom development of Salesforce solutions.
- Execute data migration elements of Salesforce implementations.
- Understand source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
- Understand projects and investigate and debug issues.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams for client implementations.
- Collaborate with global teams.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours for collaboration with team members and customers across different time zones.
Skills Required
- Programming: Java or C++ or Node.js, along with object-oriented programming concepts.
- JavaScript: Strong JavaScript skills.
- Front-end: Strong front-end skills.
- Database: Basic RDBMS knowledge.
- Networking: Basic TCP/IP and HTTPS knowledge.
- Architecture: Understanding of MVC architecture.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
