American Express is hiring an Apprentice - Data Analytics for a 6-month apprenticeship. The role will support analytics and insight generation for Amex Offers and Digital Media Analytics, with a focus on offer adoption, revenue growth, merchant engagement, customer relevance, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the American Express business, Amex Offers platform, merchant ecosystem, products, and Card Member journey.
- Analyze business, merchant, offer, and customer data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Support Amex Offers and Digital Media Analytics through performance monitoring, problem-solving, targeting, and process improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and structured recommendations for Marketing and partner teams.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other LLMs to support research, analysis, productivity, and content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and business initiatives while clearly communicating insights and recommendations.
- Build proficiency in data tools and analytical techniques to develop scalable solutions and improve offer, merchant, and customer outcomes.
- Translate business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights.
- Manage multiple assignments with ownership, responsiveness, and quality.
- Connect daily work to enterprise, customer, partner, and business outcomes while demonstrating learning agility and sound judgment.
