Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers and handle their technical queries through phone, electronic or in-person channels.

- Identify possible improvements in support processes, workflows, guidelines and best practices based on customer feedback and operational insights.
- Monitor and manage own support service performance metrics with guidance.
- Follow standard procedures to troubleshoot common errors and escalate issues to senior team members.
- Work with team members to understand expectations and contribute towards shared objectives.
- Continue learning new skills and tools according to industry trends and best practices.
