About the Job
Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer for its Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team. The role is part of the team working on inventory management systems used by selling partners across Amazon's fulfillment and warehousing network.
In simple terms, you will be working on software that helps manage large amounts of inventory data and supports sellers in planning and managing their stock. The systems work at a very large scale, so you will get exposure to distributed systems, storage, indexing, queries and scalable software.
The position is suitable for software developers who already have some professional experience and are comfortable working with at least one programming language. You will also work with experienced Amazon engineers and contribute to products used across Amazon's global marketplace.
