Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-recognized university.
  • Candidates with 10+2+3 education qualification may also apply; however, those with diploma courses do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The mark sheet and provisional or actual passing certificate of the candidates must be submitted.
  • The candidates must have 0 – 5 years of work experience from the date of passing their graduation and must be within the five-year graduation eligibility period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Relationship Managers and Associate Relationship Managers with their internal and client deliverables.
  • Coordinating with internal units such as BCO, GRBs, Risk, Credit Operations, Global Payments Solutions and Global Trade Solutions in order to execute the daily responsibilities of the RMs and Associate RMs.
  • Ensuring timely internal and regulatory closures of the client portfolios.
  • Assisting with the execution of recommendations that arise from audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Supporting servicing of corporate clients in a manner that ensures compliance with regulatory, internal, legal and financial crime requirements.
  • Coordinating account operations, account openings and KYC remediation activities as required.
  • Compiling and presenting MIS reports where necessary.
  • Coordinating with clients on matters pertaining to financial information and security documentation.
  • Supporting other day-to-day operational requirements, including processing of credit proposals.
  • Monitoring the credit quality of the portfolio and recommending any remedial action where necessary.
