Salesforce is hiring an Associate Proactive Monitoring Engineer under its Futureforce University Recruiting program. Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Good understanding of Operating Systems, Networking, Databases, and Cloud Computing concepts.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix, SQL, and system monitoring tools is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Must be eligible to work from the Hyderabad office as required by the role.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production systems and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
Investigate system alerts, analyze incidents, and perform initial troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures accurately.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to monitoring and operational processes.
Support system maintenance activities and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Maintain operational excellence by following established support processes and best practices.
Continuously learn new technologies and enhance technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience.

Skills Required

Linux / Unix – Basic knowledge of Linux commands and system administration.
Cloud Computing – Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure concepts.
Networking – Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and network troubleshooting fundamentals.
