Gameberry Labs is hiring Software Development Engineer I (SDE I) to join its engineering team in Bengaluru. This role offers an opportunity to build high-performance gaming systems while solving challenging engineering problems in a fast-paced startup environment. 

As an SDE I, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers to build scalable backend services, gameplay features, and platform components. You'll write clean, maintainable code, optimize application performance, participate in code reviews, and contribute to innovative gaming experiences using modern software engineering practices and technologies.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions for Gameberry Labs' mobile gaming platforms.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and QA teams to build engaging gaming experiences and platform features.
  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code by following software engineering best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, databases, and application components to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve application stability and user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, Agile development processes, testing, and continuous software improvement initiatives.
  • Work with modern development tools, version control systems, and cloud-based technologies to build reliable software products.
