About the Job
OpenHearing is hiring a Jr. Full Stack Developer to join its early engineering team. This is a full-time permanent role for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are comfortable working across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven products.
The role involves building and maintaining scalable systems across conversational intelligence, clinic operations, and automation. As one of the early engineers, you will have the opportunity to work across different parts of the product depending on the team's priorities.
The company is looking for developers who can take ownership, work independently, communicate clearly with a distributed team, and make sound technical decisions.
